I did have a problem with that one item being missing. It took a while for them to respond but when they did, they said they would replace the whole package. Within a week, I received the package arrived intact. I have to say your customer service is excellent and you should be very proud. Thank you for the extra item to compensate for the error. Very pleased with the product and will be keeping an eye out for any new products from their shop.

  2. Our Car Smart products integrates with iPhones starting from iPhone 6 and newer models with iOS 12 firmware and newer.

How do install my Car Smart screen?
  1. Locate the power cable provided and plug in the small end of the cable into the 12V port of the Car Smart screen.
  2. Connect the larger end of the power cable to your vehicle's cigarette port.
  3. Establish a Bluetooth connection by pairing your phone with the Car Smart device using the "Pair" application on the Car Smart screen.
  4. Alternatively, connect your phone directly to the Car Smart screen by using your phone's charging wire.
